We are driven by the desire to create enjoyment at work, and we believe that connecting everyone into the 'brand culture', having a clear understanding of what's important to the brand, and what basic human needs it can meet, and reflecting that in actions and words, begins to create the conditions for people to enjoy work more. At the heart of everything we do is our belief that it should be enjoyable and fun, and that actions are more likely to happen when everyone has felt part of their creation, so when we work with you we like to engage a spread of people across your business to:

    Enjoyment of work cannot happen in isolation, we believe that 'two heads are better than one' and this helps to build better business solutions as long as the conditions are right. If there is a 'fearful' environment, or blame culture present, then no amount of talking will put things right. So, before we do anything else, we work with you to create the right conditions for real conversations
    to happen at all levels, (throughout the business, or with selected teams) from effective listening, creating stillness to opening minds, we help people to create connectedness and trust and build greater recognition of the value of each and every person to the success of the business.

  • Shared creation of ideas, innovation and vision
    Once the people (or teams) feel ready, we take them into the 'creating' stage. Using a range of 'experiential' activities and social trends we help them to explore and create - e.g. what are the 'brand values' that unite them? What are the experiences that we could create around the brand? What else could the brand or business do? What's happening in people's lives that could impact on the business or brand?
